Designed by Pierre Blondel Architectes, this nursery serves as a new construction for the future Médiapark located off Rue Colonel Bourg. The scheme was developed in two phases with the first being the construction of a large nursery for upwards of 55 children. The second phase would tie the nursery into the wider development of the Médiapark scheme.

The units are arranged on two levels, with gardens on the first floor and the second floor. On the first floor, we find public access from the impasse Colonel Bourg, the reception hall, and two units for "older children" with their respective gardens. On the second floor, there are two units for the youngest children with outdoor spaces.
